We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything...
