「We stayed this hotel as a base for my trip to England, and it was a wonderful hotel.
The staff were kind and always responded politely. They helped me when my room key didn't work and keep our luggage while we took a short trip outside London.
The room was stylish and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
It was convenient to take the Elizabeth Line directly from the airport. It was also easy to walk to the hotel with my suitcase.
I would like to stay here again when I visit London!」
「Perfect location and explicit service with quite friendly staff. The room was always kept clean and almost twicw larger than average hotels in Lodon in a same price range. I would visit here again.」
「Very close to underground and bus stop, in addition many restaurants and supermarket. We spent comfortable stay here 5 nights comfortably.
One things I felt pity is built in laundry machine, of its dry function was not work completely, but its not be lower overall rating.

The probrem is this "Sweet room"is smaller room than we have reserved.
so, I have negotiated more than 1 hour to change room.
The breakfast menu is same for 4 days.
I will book other hotel when I visit the London next time."
