"The room was spacious and the shower gel and shampoo provided were excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast and lunch that I would not mind eating daily. Water and towels were refilled and replaced daily. Water pressure was good and hot water ran consistently. "

"Pool was closed but we got to use their sister resort's pool. Their pool had cool laser shows with sauna facility. The room was big and clean with 2 washrooms. They needed to know if we woule join the breakfast night before. Smoking booth by the entrance was not very kid friendly. We didnt get to enjoy their free fishcake and sweet potatoes since the pool was closed. The hotel is a bit far from other touristy attractions and you definitely need a rental car. "

"Most luxurious hotel on Jeju. They’ve spared no expense. Champagne and caviar brunches and signature dishes. From check in to check out and everything in-between, it doesn’t get better than this for a hotel experience. We’ll be back soon. "

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...

"reat location and excellent staff service. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is available for a nominal charge, which is convenient. I loved having a 7-Eleven and laundry facilities right on the first floor. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided every day. I stayed for four nights — they offer daily cleaning, but I opted out since it wasn’t necessary. I highly recommend this place. It’s an affordable and comfortable stay. Party is first come but late at night it is crowded."

"All the associates that I encountered was kind and professional. However, everything in this hotel was chargeable unlike other Korean hotels. That was just culturally different from what I experienced before. Their breakfast was good but pricey. "
