Wonderful!!!!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the views were stunning!! We had to spa suite and it was beautiful. Tons of great restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Only one key

Only one key was given to us (three travellers) and that threw us off. Also, no beach towels at a beach hotel was a little off putting, but the breakfast was excellent, the ocean view to die for, and the staff friendly.

Although i am not a seasoned traveller, i do have some reasonable expectations. Most times when i read reviews of a property I usually will make my own conclusions but in the case of the Ocean Grand hotel i should have put more weight on the reviews. At first glance the lobby is very elegant. When we got to our room we realized how old and outdated this hotel was. There were stains on the hallway carpets, room furniture that was scratched, patio door screen laying on the balcony and in the bathroom there were only hand towels, not bath towels. We did ask for bath towels(thinking they may have been missed)and we did get them but they were never put in our room again. Our stay there was 3 days and inconvenient to find another hotel

시설은 좀 오래된듯 하였으나, 관리를 잘 하였고 무엇보다 직원의 친절과 봉사가 남달랐다는 생각이듭니다. 캐리어를 잠시 맡겨둔걸 깜빡 잊고 공항으로 갔는데 친절하게도 전화를 해 줘서 다시 캐리어를 찾으로 다녀왔던 기억이 있습니다. 다행히 비행기 시간에 늦지 않았기에 고맙게 기억하고 있습니다.

제주도 최악의 숙소

함덕 해수욕장과 인접한 이유로 예약을 했으나 호텔 리모델링 중으로 1층 메인게이트 주변은 너무 지저분했고 방에 침대 매트리스는 너무 오래된 느낌, 에어콘은 20년도 넘었을듯한 외관에 소음이 엄청 심했습니다. 다시는 여기에 가고싶은 마음이 없습니다.

손님은 친절에 약하다

지난 여름 방문 시에 만족해서 다시 예약하고 방문했는데, 룸의 청소상태가 많이 불량해서 좀 실망스러웠습니다. TV 다이에 모래가 많이 떨어져 있었는데, 룸 바닥에도 많이 있었고 심지어 침대에 올라갈 때에는 발바닥에 묻은 모레를 털어내고 발바닥을 물티슈로 닥으면 누렇게 묻어나올 정도였고, 당연히 소금기로 끈적거렸습니다. 또한 프론트의 직원분 이신지 사장님이신지 모르겠지만, 제가 손님인지 하룻밤 제워달라고 하는 사람인지... 좀 친절하게 맞아주셨으면 좋겠다는 생각이 건절했습니다.
