「Room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like combination of wet dog and urine. Side chair was stained and dirty. Son had stepped on glass shard that was in carpet. We were stuck with this room as it was last one at a very late check in. They did move us the following day.」

「The room was decent. The bed was great. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The waffle mix was sour and non-edible. The eggs were powdered (not a big deal) but were already burned. The biscuits were hard, and the gravy in the crock pot was also burned and looked old—most likely from the day before and inedible. Keep in mind this was at 6 AM when breakfast started. The coffee was extremely diluted. Overall unsat. Eat at your own risk.」

「全てのサービスが高品質だった」

「シャトルバスはなかなか来ない」

「Excellent」

「Our room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. We had eggs and sausage. Parking was under the building. One of the front desk workers creeped us out. The other one was very kind. My bed squeaked every time I moved. But was very comfortable. I had a nice hot shower. It was very quiet in our room all night, which was very nice.」

「Water is not hot enough. I get it. You don’t want to be sued, but damn. That was almost chilly. I had to turn the heat on before I got in the shower because stepping out of the shower needed to be warm. Then! I got a bill for daily parking. There sure were too few spots there….no there weren’t. How did they know I parked there, they didn’t ask for a vehicle description. Shady. Parking. Kiss my behind. Parking. Clowns.」

「The whole property was clean. The staff was nice. Perfect for a 2 night stay!」

「The pool closes too early. The hotel is quite expensive!!」

「I want to note I had no issue with the desk clerks or the bistro. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue was the bed was not comfortable and far too firm. Our first room hadn't been cleaned yet and we were put in a different room. The pool was out of service as well. Last thing to note was the HVAC filters were very dirty.」
