「The room was old and looked different from the impression given by the photos. However, it was well cleaned. The gas stove in the kitchen had very weak flames, and the microwave was broken. Some rooms had a musty smell or even smelled like a toilet.
The location was good, with everything necessary for daily life within walking distance, making it suitable for a long-term stay. The staff were very kind.
However, I found the price to be disproportionately high. I paid around 11,000~12,000 rupees...
「Excellent location, well-equipped, and kind, responsive staff. Property is well-constructed and clean, but could use some basic maintenance, like making sure door locks, ACs, and shower heads function well. Had internet, drinking water, well-equipped kitchenette, and all I needed for a very convenient stay in the heart of Jhamsikhel/Pulchowk.」
「The staff were amazing. Always attentive, friendly, and smiling. Even though I was in Nepal during a time of political unrest, I felt safe thanks to the hotel staff kept me updated on the situation.」
「This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...
「Staffs were so kind and friendly, supported me in many ways. Facility is a little bit old, but fine. ATM located next door. Also, they can arrange for different tours, such as hiking, Himalayan flight tours, etc.」
