"Our stay at Sonesta Hotel & Resorts Livingstone was phenomenal! We originally booked a 3-night stay, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend for an extra night. We booked an apartment for the three of us two adults and our 10 year old and it was very spacious. It came with a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook, though we chose to eat out every evening at one of the restaurants along Jan Thiel Beach. Strolling along the beach at night and enjoying great conversation together was amazing. (If you prefer to stay on-site, the hotel also features the Mondi restaurant). We included the daily breakfast with our booking, which was great, and the overall service was top-tier. A special thank you to Dania at the front desk she was always cheerful, smiling, and ready to help!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and better than I had expected. I had an amazing time here. I’d recommend making reservations for the restaurants somewhat early if you’d like a good spot to eat. Note that the complementary shuttle bus time is off as they did arrive 45 mins later than expected but that has nothing to do with the resort. Nice amount of shops around the resort. Would stay again!"

"The property was lovely overall. I question whether it had been a while since anyone rented the home because the pool area was a bit dirty -animal poop by the pool, lots of leaves in the pool, the table needed to be cleaned with soap and water, and there was broken glass from a pot that fell on the patio. To be fair it was very windy, and the morning we left , the poop showed up again from overnight, lol. It's an island! There are lizards, big ones! So we understand, it will be what it is. The breeze was welcomed during the day, though we weren't there most days. The a/c at night was very sufficient. Evennwhem there was a brief outage, it didnt get too warm. The house is secured well, furnished well, and Sam brought some items to get us started, he was very kind and quick to respond to questions. The house is close to lots of local food spots and the supermarket! A great place to stay!"

"The location was exceptional with the pool, an incredible small beach and walking distance to Mambo boulevard. The villa was very comfortable inside and out. We had a great week. It was one of the best villa we rented over the years."
