「Terrible stay! We checked out the next day. I simply cannot believe that this hotel is considered a four star hotel on Expedia. The room that my son and I were booked at looks like it has not been mortal since the 1990s furniture was broken down. There was a shock hazard/electrical wire hanging out from underneath the AC. The patio door does not lock at all. There were ants on the bed and a fly in the toilet, the door handle to the bathroom door was sticky. I honestly don’t know where to start...

「The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.」

「The checking in process was simple online and the grounds were well kept. We went Memorial Monday and check out Wednesday. The property was very tranquil. It is conveniently located near everything (amusement park / outlet shopping / restaurant / William and Mary University). The 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms was spacious (1200sqft). The unit we were in was very clean but could use updating. The beddings were soft and mattress were comfortable. The sleeper sofa was ok for a short stay. I...

「The staff was amazing welcoming and kind. The breakfast was hot and delicious a good spread! Would love a GF cereal option as well but everyone was great. The only issue was the gym was in need of some maintenance- one machine broken and another not working- but when we mentioned it to the staff they made notes and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary water and snacks! Thank you for a great stay!」
