"There was no water for most of my stay"

"They did not change bed sheets for next customer, no shampoo in bathroom ( last customer’s shampoo was there) and remote TV did not work at all."

" Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you’re interested. Checking in was very slow. "

"We stayed here for a quick, last minute overnight trip. The reviews seemed good and the photos made it look like a nice property. Checking in was easy and the gentleman was friendly. But when we went to find our room, things got sketchy. The elevator jerked when starting and stopping. When we got off the elevator, we turned the wrong way and ended up going the long way to our room. The exterior was in need of major repair. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, windows on rooms had large cracks. The actual room was clean, but had major issues and smelled like pot. The exterior door had to be shoved to open. The remote for the TV was bent in half but somehow still worked, the hairdryer did not work at all. The mini fridge had a huge chunk of ice covering the top and back of the unit. We had a king sized bed but were only given 3 very small pillows. Once we turned the TV off to sleep, we could hear everything going on outside. The noise from the interstate was loud. We could hear every semi truck, every car, and several times heard people racing down the street. I was awake the entire night because of the noise. It was awful and I was exhausted the next day. We will not stay here again."
