「Very disappointed that the rules and regulations in the tenancy agreement we had to sign before we could get the address and key code were so lengthy with multiple fines for everything including using more than 1 towel each for the duration of our stay, that we felt we didn’t dare touch anything and couldn’t relax for the 3 days we were there. The owner then drove into the front garden the day after we arrived and knocked on the door to ‘get something from the shed’ but didn’t introduce himself...

「The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera...

「It was a lovely place for the groom’s extended family to stay for his wedding. The groomsmen used the master bedroom as their area to dress, which was perfect for them. The beautiful red autumn tree at the front was a gorgeous backdrop for many photos. The bedrooms and bed configuration was just right for our family.
