Great family holiday

We stayed here with my family over Christmas- such a nice house, beautiful view and big balcony for our lunches. Lots of stairs so just something to consider if you have young kids/babies to perhaps bring a baby gate.

House great. Lovely views. Several issues with bedding.Damp towel folded on bed on arrival. Very small sheet on queen size bed.Good sized house for 4 adults and 2 children. Garage facilities very good.

The property offers a comfortable three-level layout that works well for small groups or families. The bedrooms were fresh, and the living area had a nice feel with extended coastal views. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and easy access to local amenities. However, the cleanliness—especially outside—could have been better. The outdoor areas felt overlooked, with dirty surfaces and some broken furniture that made it less inviting to sit out or enjoy the space. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it did stand out compared to the otherwise well-kept interior. With a bit more attention to the exterior, this rental could be a great option. It has the bones of a solid stay—just needs a little extra care. Oh, and I love that the pantry had some essentials. Well done!

The house is very clean and tidy located in a quiet area. There are many stairs inside the house while the bedrooms are located in the top level. It is not suitable for the young kids and elderlies, especially for those who have leg / back problems. We booked for 8 adults. There isn't enough cutleries for a simple meal. We can only find six forks in the kitchen drawer when we are having noodles. Nevertheless, we are happy staying in this holiday house. Thank you house owner.

Stunning view with property laid out to enjoy it to the max

This property is built on a hill over three levels to ensure you can enjoy the magnificent view over Kiama. the ground floor is the spacious and secure double garage. To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. Two large patios are accessible from the living level, one at the back and the other at the front. Perfect for that relaxing BBQ or whatever. The front patio, living / dining and master bedroom have unrestricted views and the property enjoys all day sun. Kiama offers everything. Sightseeing, walks, food so covers the needs of most travellers and short drives mean you can explore the various townships along the coastline or hinterland. This is a fantastic base to launch from on your daily travels and know you will come home to enjoy a glass of wine looking over the ocean.

Nice House

The house was great! Very nice, clean and well stocked - didn't need to ask for anything. It is high up on a hill so the beach isn't walkable (at least not with kids) but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back

Kiama gift

A few little hiccups on arrival however the communication with the owner was excellent and responsive. More of a drive than a walk to the beach with little people.

Amazing view even in the rain!

We wanted to celebrate the end of the semesters for our young adults all studying. The set up was perfect for everyone to relax, read a book, watch a movie and enjoy some food. The weather was wild, but being together was so good. Prior to the weekend I did invite my Mum who is late 70's, and in hindsight all the stairs would have been too much for her. I was able to carry our little dog down the stairs outside to the footpath for some grass (in the pouring rain!) Having a remote control double garage was really helpful with the weather and getting inside. We had a wonderful stay. Every bathroom was stocked with requirements, attention to detail was good. Thank you.

Quick Trip to Kiama

Very clean property. We were attending a wedding so were only guests for one night. The Host was very responsive and helpful. Was able to accomodate an earlier check in which helped us enormously.

Stunning views

Once arriving we were mermised by the two vantage points, ocean views on one side and rolling hills on the other. The property is clean, modern, spread on three levels with all amenities you need. It's walking distance to beaches and the Kiama bowl hole nearby. I definitely recommend this property and we loved our stay there.
