"Property is beautiful but i did not enjoy my stay. Main pool was closed for half of my stay. Staff wasnt really friendly. Excellence club doesnt get you any perks; Everyone can access the “private” beach and pool. I booked the Excellence club suite with the swim-up pool, they dont bring drinks to the swim-up. After calling the service desk a few times I was finally told they dont offer that service and that I would have to leave my room to get a drink like everyone else. Getting a drink was hard anywhere in the resort. Room service always took longer than an hour. Gift shop prices are outrageous. Every restaurant has a dress code and its strictly enforced. I recommend Magna and Jerk Hut for lunch and dinner. "

"We enjoyed the pool area lot. Beach was cleaner than expected. Staff was polite at times and sometimes they did not care about you at the buffet and restaurant. Do not sign up for H10 promotion event, it is a scam to get you to sign up for their membership and will be a waste of your time. Do not go to the local shops at beachside, it felt unsafe with people doing drugs and smoking. Food was good most of the days with vegetarian options at the buffet. La Locanda was the best Italian restaurant, we ended up eating there twice. Thali was okay, the quantity of food was minimal, and the service was really bad. Would definitely recommend to other people. "

"Great service and I love everything about the resort"

"Room clean, bedding clean amenities good one stained towel not good,, bathroom needed a better finish eg polish, shower seal to show came away allowing water to flow on the floor slip hazard, balcany furniture needed cleaning not cleaned after make over. Tv did not work for the whole stay visited by atleast 9 maintenace men still no joy, coffee maker did not work after attempt with 3 coffee machines it was the socket faulty. The staff overall where very polite and tried to assist, bar staff great. No general information in bedroom everything allegedly on app. This was not successful for me incorrect info given to access wifi, correct info given 4 days later. Several teething issues spoiled the experience. Friday evening 3rd april theatre was fab. Room service was good when used. The grand reopening could of been much better. A beautifull room and hotel i just wish there was less teething issues, i would go again in the belief these issues was due too wanting to reopen after storm malissa and help staff earn money too feed their families. "A/C, water pressure, bed…all excellent. Vista Inn is in a heavily gated community, which is potentially more of a hassle than a feeling of security. The on site landlord was extremely helpful with security codes. The price was fair. It was a no frills spot. However, Falmouth does not offer many choices, for lodging, for food and for anything to do, to keep one for an extra day."

"Some rooms have no A/C, so be aware. But you may not need it since night temps are cool. My wall outlet was fried where the microwave sat, so microwave. There is steep ramp down to lower housing with a real chance of slipping when wet. I requested a walk strip for that. Come for the view but tamp down other expectations. "
