「Perfect place to stay.」

「24年8月15-19日家族4人で宿泊。とても綺麗でスタッフも感じいいです。デメリットはジャカルタの中央部（グランドアドネシア、モナス辺り）から、距離あること。でもグラブが安いのでジャカルタ内の移動は、全てグラブで問題なしです。いいとこは出たらすぐ地元飯屋台があったり、スーパーマーケットがあるので毎日行ってました。後ホテル内にビリヤード、卓球もあり、レストランも清潔感あって安くてよかったです。」

「This hotel has good location that is close to some famous sightseeing spots. Room is very comfortable. Especially there is a washing/drying machine each room.」

「Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful 」

「My friends and I had initially booked another hotel which was sub par so we had to find a hotel last minute and we were able to book Ascott Mentang. It was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was met with incredible service and friendly staff. I booked two rooms but accidentally booked one at another Ascott. 「Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. 」
