The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! 」

「This place is an amazing property to stay at with friends or family. It was our second staythere .So many special little places to hang out read visit relax the pool and hot tub are a wonderful feature. Now they have painting rocks a sauna. . We took a canoe and some kayak and stand up paddle boards up the river.. Plenty of wine tasting in the area as well. The host Del he is one of the best host we have ever had. 」

「I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is...

" We have never stayed at such a relaxing hotel. There were many hotels with the Hilton name, so at first we went to the wrong place, but we are truly glad we came here. The room was spotless and had a warmth that made it feel just like home. We instantly fell in love with this hotel."
