"The room phone did not work, and nobody answered the front desk phone. The elevators broke and I was on the 4th floor. I have had a hip teplacement"

"Nice place, close to where we needed to be. 2 things, place was freezing cold, there was no heat. There were electric heaters throughout, but it wasn’t enough to keep the place warm. Last thing, the main electric breaker kept switching off throughout our entire visit. I’m assuming that it had something to do with the electrical heaters. Not major issues, but enough to have an uncomfortable stay."
