I was extremely happy with my stay. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, parking wasn't bad at all, and the hotel room was very spacious, clean, and the building itself has character and history. I didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast, however it was available and that's always a plus in my book as well. I'll definitely be staying here again and do absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean but the layout was strange. The room had horrible lighting, the bathroom and TV weren’t located in a practical space. The people at the front desk were very kind but slow. I tried calling the front desk and nobody ever answered. They charge for parking then ask you to tip but still add a service e charge to the bill. The location was nice!

It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could use a little work, they didn't honor our Expedia room booking and offered really nothing to help fix it. A/C in the room ran nonstop, wouldn't quite get to the setpoint, kinda loud. All in all a good experience, not perfect, but I'd stay again.

Problems, problems, problems The hotel is nice but there were many problems that ran through our four day stay. Though rooms were large and designed nicely, this is what occurred. Taking a shower flooded the bathroom floor- we asked for a room change and were told- it is a misdesign and a structural problem in all room. Hours later, we did get a room change, but had to move ourselves and realized too late there were no wastebaskets in the new room. This went on for several days, even when we informed multiple desk personnel, and though we asked, no staff came to clean the room. We noticed no desk clerks especially in the am.

The staff at this property has a remarkable way of making you feel welcome. Their hospitality is wonderful. I really appreciated the way I was greeted daily by the front desk all the way down to the cleaning staff. The breakfast choices should be better quality. Take note from another property that has good breakfast. The trundle bed in the jr. suite needs to be cleaned. Hallways need to be vaccumed. Hair was in my bathroom.
