Park in the driveway behind the home, entered from Ponce de Leon Avenue. Enter through the back gate and then the back door, which opens into the laundry room and has an electronic lock. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

We love this Cloverdale house because everyone can find their own corner. It's a historic home with period character and a lived-in, homey feel, so think cozy and charming rather than hotel-sleek. You'll have two separate living areas, a formal living room and a family room, so one group can watch a show while another curls up with a book from the shelves or picks out a record. Someone will probably claim the sunroom. The street is quiet, and you come and go through your own private entrance. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable all year, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for streaming, and there's a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on work.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Ground-floor bedroom: a bed and a TV, a private retreat that's handy if you'd rather skip the stairs.
• Upstairs bedroom 1: a bed in a quiet room set apart for restful sleep.
• Upstairs bedroom 2: a bed in a quiet room set apart for restful sleep.
• Bathrooms: two in total, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and there's a bathtub for anyone who likes a long soak.
We provide bed linens plus extra pillows and blankets, so you can settle in without packing a thing.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen has new appliances and countertops, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. We've stocked cooking basics, dishes, silverware and wine glasses, so you can cook a big family dinner and let it run late. Coffee and a coffee maker are ready for the morning. Take your cup to the cozy breakfast nook, or gather at the dining room table, which seats six.

OUTDOORS
The secure fenced backyard is the heart of the house. Dogs can run, kids can play, and you can unwind on the patio with outdoor furniture set out for long afternoons and evenings. The fence means you can relax without keeping watch.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE HOME
This is a two-story home with one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs, bathrooms on both floors, and two living spaces: a formal living room and a family room.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 8 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the back door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & GETTING IN
Entry is at the back. The driveway is behind the home, entered from the cross street, Ponce de Leon Avenue. Park there and come through the back gate. Extra vehicles can park in front of the home. The back door opens into the laundry room; you may need to pull the door to while locking or unlocking so the deadbolt can turn.

GOOD TO KNOW
The backyard is fully fenced. The 3 Smart TVs are ready for your own streaming logins.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (8 at this home)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
