「アイアンブリッジの近くのマナーハウス。建物は古く歴史を感じる。部屋は広々としていて、ドリンクとお菓子のウェルカムサービスもあり、天蓋付きベッドの部屋は快適。 レストランは質素で、入った瞬間はやや期待はずれな第一印象だったが味は良かった。手軽にマナーホテルを楽しみたいならば、このホテルはコストパフォーマンスが良い。」

「Terrible experience on both Expedia and the hotel. I booked a room, did the pre-checking online after expedia sends me a messague. When I go to the hotel around 6.30 p.m. the guy at reception casually tells me that they cannot accommodate me because they had an issue with my room. That's it. On top of that; the person at reception tells me as if it helps that they contacted Expedia at 5p.m. which then when I called Expedia hours later after doing my own arrangements was not True. Horrible...

「Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was value for money.」
