"I stayed in a semi private room, and it was honestly brilliant. More hostels should do that, cause it was so nice to be able to have your own space, but not have to buy a single room. The other facilities were nice and clean. I also loved that I was invited to join on a night out when I checked in."

"The place is clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the common rooms are cozy, the showers are high pressure, and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that the house dog situation was, for the time that I was there, a little concerning. They were quite vocal and unfriendly for the most part, apparently because they were in heat. I believe the staff when they say it's not always like that. "Awesome hostel and super cheap! The only down side I had was that the bed was a little bit small and the space in the toilets was a bit tight. I'm quite a tall guy though. Otherwise it was a super clean hostel with really friendly staff. For the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised."

"I enjoyed my stay here, and with it being locared only a 5 min walk from the bustling Dotonbori street, I found it to be very useful for getting about Osaka. "Amazing location, stone's throw away from 2 train lines (just a stop away from Namba), 2 subway lines and a tram line (which isn't very useful). Shinsekai is just across the street where you can find food, there is also a Don Quijote Mega which operates nearly round the clock). My main complains are the room design isn't optimised, making the already small room even smaller and walls are really thin (I could hear my neighbour snoring)."
