"Beautiful town, beautiful setting and location. My only regret was not having more time to enjoy. Awesome amenities and toiletries. Kudos for having the delicious flavored milk vending machine outside the public baths not all Ryokans have it and should be a must. Delicious food, beautiful scenery from the open bath."

"温泉が夜も朝もお湯ではない温度でした。夜はなんとか入れる温度でしたが、朝はほぼ水でした。温泉を楽しみにしていた母に入ってもらえなかった事が心残りで仕方ありません。部屋の古さは趣としても備品のカビとサビはとても不快でした。景色だけは最高でした。"

"建物自体は古いが、リノベーションされ明るく綺麗ではある。しかしよく見ると一部壁紙が剥がれていたり、風呂場は一部カビも生えていた。 17時前にチェックインしたが、すでに食事の時間の選択ができず、（先着順の枠が埋まっていた）朝は早めに出発したので仕方なく食事は諦めた。 部屋は広かったが、内風呂はなし 大浴場はよかったが部屋の位置と大浴場の位置が遠かったのは予想外だった 露天風呂は開放的で良かった 食事はいわゆる食べ放題スタイル、種類はいっぱいある様に見えたが、食べれる物は少なかった（単純に好き嫌い） お寿司や刺身、網で焼く牡蠣や海老など海鮮物好きな方は喜べる内容ではないかと思う 同行者が牡蠣を食べていたが身が小さいと言っていた"

"スタッフの方々もとても親切に対応してくださいました。パルケエスパーニャに行くシャトルバスや、駅に行くシャトルバスなど結構頻繁にあってよかったです。ご飯の量も多すぎず、少なすぎずでした。 朝ごはんの時間が2時間しかなくて、すごく混んでいたこと、食べ物がすぐなくなってしまうことが少しマイナス点でした。"

"ごく普通の木造２階建ての民家です。家主が住んでおられます。玄関は暗証番号で開けます。4つの各部屋はそれぞれ鍵があります。自分がどこの部屋なのかは到着時に家主に聞くか、事前に電話で問い合わせる必要があります。とにかく、普通の民家ですね。"

"部屋に入ると何か黴臭かった、又テレビは画像は写るが音声が全く聞こえなかった画像だけ見ていた、料理もいまいちでこの値段ではもう今後大江戸温泉は利用することはないでしょうテレビの声は聞こえないしその分返金してほしいくらいです。"
