「We could have wonderful time in Cala de Mar in December 2017. It was the second time to stay this hotel and was called Capella last time. The second stay was also great in spite of its name and operation were changed. We really want to return here even though it takes more than 20 hours from our city, Tokyo. The design and architecture if this hotel is awesome. All of staff were also incredible. Especially Jorge and Laura always made our days. We like Mexico very much and recommend this...

「The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game.」

「The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. She gave us amazing suggestions about places to see and go. Eloy was as well super helpful and super nice. Our overall time was incredible; it is a great place to re-set and recharge. Thank you...
