"the room was clean! my family had a great time at the Bamboo lounge. the service was excellent. Reef 118 was able to accommodate our group with exceptional service and amazing hospitality. all staff was cheerful and went above and beyond. "

"I stayed during the off season and you cannot beat the price for what you get. Modern hotel with newly renovated rooms, plenty of space, and direct access to the boardwalk. I stayed in a "partial" ocean view room but it still provided a great view of both the ocean and the bay from the balcony. I did not bring a pet but I saw many dog breeds during my stay, so this seems to be the spot for dog lovers. Only downsides are breakfast and parking are charged separately and there is a fire station nearby which could be a concern for light sleepers."

"This was our first stay at Dunes Suites, and I'm upset we've never stayed here before! Perfect beachfront stay with a comfy bed, nice amenities, and friendly staff. I appreciated being able to cook on the stove and having lots of hooks and towel bars in the bathroom. We will definitely be staying again!"

"The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to go off the premises to eat. As the one restaurant that served meals was only open from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. There was no restaurant service, while we stayed, for the afternoons or evenings, we were surprised about that."

"Stayed for the Oceans Calling fest. Loved how the resort is on a more private beach in a quieter area while still only a fairly quick Uber or drive to the boardwalk. Nice pool and jacuzzi with views of both the Ocean and bay from our hotel terrace. Room was comfy and loved the bar and restaurant within the hotel. 5 stars 10/10"

"Beautiful view"

"This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. My family and I, LOVE IT!!!!!!! Close to everything, yet not in the middle of it all. Just across the street from the beach. As long s my family wants to go to Ocean City in the summer. We will be staying here. "
