「The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.」

There was also a room right in front of the garbage collection point, which had a strong smell and many flying insects, making it impossible to spend time with the balcony open. I felt that the staff was malicious in assigning me this room, even though...

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Loved the balcony. Could see ocean and bay. Breakfast could have been better」

「We had an oceanfront room. The room was clean and we liked that it had hardwood floors and a nice view. However, we were disappointed with our stay here. The pictures and amenities list for this hotel said there was a sauna, there isn’t. We were really looking forward to that amenity. Our shower had extremely weak water pressure (trickling) and a high pitched noise. Our room had an adjoining door to it. We could hear the people staying in the other room clearly and could smell the food they...

「We loved our room with the ocean view . The room was very clean and updated. The lobby was clean and also updated」

「The hotel smelled like dog.」

「Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.」

「The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was served on time, it was hot, tasted fresh and delicious. I like boiled eggs and they had them too. Plenty of parking and the lot was next to an outdoor walking park/playground. Nice place.」

「The hot tubs in room need some serious bleach! They are stained and green stains around the water spouts. Mid day restaurant not recommended, burger was very rare. 🤢」
