Crabbing or fishing from the dock is a must while staying on the Island. The beauty of nature is equaled on the interior of 26 Morgan’s Cove Drive. The main floor is elevated from the street and includes the living room with a large flat screen television. Also located on the first level is the kitchen with dining table and bar that provides extra seating. The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the first level, which features a beautiful master bath. The upper-level features three bedrooms. The 2nd master bedroom is highlighted with a king bed that opens into a wonderful private bathroom. The first guest bedroom, which features two queen beds, and the second guest bedroom, which has two twin beds, face the Marina and share a balcony with beautiful views. These two bedrooms also share a bath.

- Boat trailers are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. If you are bringing a boat, you must find parking for the trailer and take the boat in via the Intracoastal Waterway.
- The slip has space for an 18' boat. It shares the space with another boat.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The community pool is open year around but is not heated.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Morgan's Cove pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
