The customer service was not bad, they were friendly. The room itself and the property was decent but a bit outdated and unkept. The biggest problem was the bed. The mattress was so bad it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. It had an additional pad/topper and it was still horrible. We had two rooms and a total of four beds and they were all in the same condition. The two nights we were there I was not able to sleep much and woke up in pain because the bed was soo bad. They need to invest in improving the hotel and buying better beds. I would never stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly situated for ferry day trips, to make use of the airport limousine bus (non stop bus to and from the airport), and to explore the nightlife and restaurants in the evening. The bus lines meet at the bus terminal which is also in easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious for Japan and the balcony was a nice extension to the room space. Breakfast was bountiful and well worth including in your stay. For me it was exactly what I needed in order to be explore the islands around Ishigaki

Do not go unless you don’t mind cockroaches

Full of fungus smell like you can still feel from your clothes after check out. Highly likely you will sleep with cockroaches here and there. Saw a few on TV table and bathroom during our three days there. Make sure you turn all your lights on so that they are not coming out. Can’t believe I paid 35,000yen per night at this place. What an unfortunate price for the quality.

気になることはいくつかあったが、1番気になっ店は、 繁忙期ではないのに、とにかくエレベーターが来るのが遅い。1台しかないためか。 高層階の宿泊だったので階段で上り下りするにも難しく、エレベーターを使用するしかなかった。
