"The Beach Front Condo was perfect for our mom/daughter beach trip. The condo was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't cook), the bathroom appeared to be updated (bath/shower was great), and it was steps to the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use, although it was cold during our trip and we didn't use them. It really had everything needed for a fun trip to the beach and Charleston. Tom was a great host and communicator. "

We were in town for the shipyard park baseball tournament for our grandson so they also enjoyed the beach in the morning before the games. Highly recommend for a stay on the beach. "
