「Canceled at 10pm the night before we were to arrive. Had to scramble to get hotel rooms for myself and all of the guests I had (10) coming in for the trip. Not a pleasant experience and very little communication other than there was a “maintenance problem”. 」

「We stayed at this property for a week in March with another couple. It was a bit smaller (bedrooms) than we expected but that's on us for not asking questions up front. 「Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation.」
