「I do not recommend booking through Expedia. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the rooms. The room descriptions are vague and fail to show what you are actually getting. Communication with customer service was terrible, and it was very difficult to get clear answers or resolve the issue. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not book through Expedia again.」

「The king standard room was small but had everything we needed. The room on the first floor by the pool was very noisy. The coffee in the room was terrible. The restaurant next door had decent food but the service was slow. Have to drive 30 minutes either direction to get food. All in all we enjoyed the 2 night stay.」

They told me they wouldn't charge us for everything we’d been through, yet after we left, they charged my card anyway. Now I have to file a dispute; unfortunately, it was a very bad stay.」
