Unfortunately, the service was rarely proactive; I often found myself following up on requests and experiencing long wait times. The Logistics: It was quite difficult to locate the pre-booked Amstar private shuttle at the airport. The Property: While well-maintained, the resort feels aged, and our room felt significantly dated for the price point. The Highlights: About 90% of the staff were wonderful and friendly, and the food was decent. Verdict: Between the aging facilities and the lack of proactive service, I didn't feel the experience was worth the premium we paid."
