"This was our first stop in Sri Lanka. The location was excellent, super close to the city centre but in a slightly quieter part of town, close to great restaurants, cafes and shops. The team were extremely friendly, caring and accommodating. The room was sizeable and the shower was incredible. Would highly recommend ! "

"The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. "Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. I will recommend Only suggestion is that installing a ramp to transport luggage’s from the street level to the hotel entrance would be helpful "

"Convenient location. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Hotel needs an update. Shower went cold within a couple of minutes. Road noise was prominent and loose external fixtures need to be repaired. Balconies were a good addition but external parts of the building need cleaning"
