"La habitacion que me asignaron no tenía aire acondicionado, según el staff fue la que seleccione a la hora de reservar. Lo preocupante y raro es que en la descripción y los detalles de habitación no especificaban que no tenía AC. En mi opinión es una falta de respeto al cliente el no especificar las condiciones y las condiciones reales de cada habitación. Nadie espera que un hotel en 2026 no tenga aire acondicionado en las habitaciones😳"
