「The spa facilities were really great and created a great opportunity for the family to spend time together. Really appreciated the hotel faciltating our family of 4 to stay in a junior suite even though we were 4. The room was clean and spacious and was a real break for us! Only thing was breakfast wasa bit expensive for us as it the resaurant seemed to be managed separately. All in all really lovely!」
「There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).」
「We had a lovely 2 day stay. Greeted by the delightful Megan on reception who looked after us beautifully. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Our two breakfasts in the glorious dinning hall were exceptional and both Doreen and Sorrel went above and beyond to make it such a special experience. Excellent service and friendliness. Our stay ended with another lovely lady on reception who helped us with our luggage to our car and waved us off. We had a great stay and can highly recommend anyone...
