"The property itself was wonderful. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with its own private hot spring bath. The staff were wonderful as well and everything about the hotel was great. What we found though is there really isn’t much to do around the area and not many restaurants that aren’t at the mall. So if you stay here, plan your day to just hang out at the hotel and eat at the hotel. There is a lot to do from the planetarium to renting bikes, to playing tennis and chilling in the baths."

"Bed was bit on the tad short size even though listed as double sized. Room was very eco-conscious & perfect for my solo trip. No food on site available other than vending machines, but 3 min walk plaza/area had several restaurants available. "

"The staff were so friendly and it was very close to the station. There were so many amenities available and the selection of available pillows was also very nice to have"

"If you've stayed in one Tokoyo Inn, you've pretty much stayed in them all. This one hasn't seen some of the upgrades that busier locations have, but it's very clean and practically inside the train station."
