"Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee."

"The Village Belles (4 fun old ladies) had a wonderful time here for our annual girls trip. The beds were so comfortable. Check in was easy. Close to downtown and we caught a ride in the trolley right in front of our place. Breakfast snacks and coffee were awesome. We were so pleased with our stay. Would definitely return. Our hosts checked in with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent stay. "
