"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"Convenient to all modes of public transport to the city. Good ventilation with access to fresh outside air from balcony. The common area immediately outside the room is open to outdoor air too. Apartment is cooled by a split system AC limited to your own apartment. Shared areas are lobby and lift. Reasonably clean. Staff were responsive and friendly. "

"Excellent hotel. Great location. Good gym and the roof top pool and bar really good. We didn’t eat the food but it looked absolutely delicious and always very busy. A great buzzy feel, staff really amazing and will definitely come back and stay and always look out for a W hotel. Thank you! "
