"The room size was great, received an upgrade by the friendly staff. only downside was our microwave was broken and i couldn’t figure out how to use the stov."

"Need to have 2 chairs in a 2 person room and put proper milk in the rooms and not that very small capsules of milk."

"Loved my room set above the promenade and under the Storey Bridge. Could view the lights in the buildings along the river. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location is fabulous as there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars within minutes and even as well as Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away. "

"All of the staff were really friendly that I spoke to & they also checked in throughout my stay to see if there was anything else I needed. The hotel is centrally located in the CBD and was easy to get to. Inside the room felt spacious, it was clean & the fridge had room to put things in. The pool area had lots of space to relax & was well maintained. "

"Great location and the size/amenities perfect for our stay. However don’t stay here if you want to get some sleep. The design of the building means noise echoes through the entire complex, including the slamming of the self closing doors. Every time someone arrived home we were woken up, even if they weren’t on our floor. Had to call the after hours manager twice on the Saturday night to deal with rowdy guests that made noise until 4am. Will not stay again. "

"Great stay again. The only criticism is wi-fi connection drops off quickly, had to log in all the time. Otherwise, great accommodation, reception staff, location. Would be nice to have an extra blanket available (forgot to ask and was cold at night)."
