"The property is rated as 7.8 and if it was not by the beach the rating should be way lower Mold in the bathroom all over, the Headboard to bed was filthy, the desk looked like a hammer was beat on it. The mini fridge just sitting on the floor like it was just brought in from outside. We checked in and left to another hotel immediately after seeing room."

"Amazing 3-day weekend at The Resort at Pelican Hill! Our 3-bedroom villa had breathtaking ocean views, the spa was incredible, and the pool service was outstanding. A perfect, relaxing getaway — can’t wait to return!"

"The house was nice, living room was large with a great view. Kitchen was very small and not properly furnished with enough cooking utensils or pans, so bring your own. Nice dining room table but light didnt work so you eat in the dark. Various outlets didnt work the same with various lights thru out house. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Toilet in master did not work. Carport is a joke so you might have to park on street. "
