「The hotel needs a refresh. Small details like peeling wallpaper, dripping toilet, room doors that were not sealed so every sound came through. And it was very loud in the halls. The weekend breakfast was not good. Cold food that was supposed to be hot. The dining area was in a “bar” and there was as trash and junk spread all over and behind the bar. On arriving we were told there was tea and coffee. There was no plain black tea, I asked for some but no one could find any the three days we were...

「The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service.」

「Clean」

「Great stay , Clean and easy check in. Good breakfast too!」

I told him we can’t do third floor. I’m in my sixty and my wife is handicapped. He told me let me check with housekeeping which I didn’t believe him. Then he said he has something on the second floor, that didn’t make it better. This was unacceptable. For this to be a brand new hotel it was not handicapped accessible and I...
