"The floors in the bathroom and room were not clean. It looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop, or dirty water. Entry A, needs to be cleaned and could use a power washing. "

"Their card machine used to make keys for rooms was broken for multiple days and I had to be escorted to my room every time I needed access. Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. "

"the manager was so kind and professional. The TV didn't have local channels, fox 6 and 13. I was happy to hear upgrades/remodeling of the facility is in progress. The location was awesome for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast could use some additional options. Overall, I had a good stay, and will stay at the location in future visits"

"2nd floor ice machine wasn't working. Checking out Sunday morning lady at front desk very rude. Same lady getting coffee in the food area. I asked where something was. She looked at me like I was bothering her. And she walked away to front desk. Other than that place was awesome."

"It had nice amenities ( like Ruth’s Chris Restaurant and valet parking) but cleanliness was sub par ( floors were dirty, elevator inside panels chipped and stained, MOLD in shower). The staff was friendly and helpful."
