I gave a 4 for the property conditions because some areas need some updating, fresh paint, ect. The guy that checked us in did mention they will begin remodeling in November!」

「This was my second time staying here. The first time was my trip from South Carolina to visit long time friends that live in northern Arkansas. The reviews were good so I reserved 1 night a few days before I departed from my home for an overnight stay while on my way to Arkansas (Birmingham is exactly halfway). 「They were having a plumbing issue (no water in rooms), but it wasnt their fault, the whole area was without water. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The only issues werewe could smell fresh paint and no water. We loved the size of the room. If we need a hotel in the future, we would definitely find another like this!」
