「This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer. 」

「We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool.
