Property is absolutely beautiful and a great location, very clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks are that it listed that it was great for the elderly. I do not believe I would say that, we brought our elderly uncle the stairs were a challenge as well as the showering situation, the shower is a bit dangerous for those who are not steady. But for people who were wanting to visit the beach or ski in the winter, I think it’s fantastic.

We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again.

The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience

Cute and cozy!

It was cute and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. The beds are okay (not great, but we slept fine) but I really appreciated the extra touches. The welcome basket, the nicer toilet paper and the nice soaps. It really is ridiculously close to Diamond Peak, which is were we spent our days.
