「I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...

「Everything was great. They also provide a shuttle from the airport, so I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for sightseeing in Cairo.」

「shuttle bus was convienient.」

「We stayed here on our honeymoon, and although it was our first day in Egypt, we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. When they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by decorating our room with a cake and rose petals, which was incredibly thoughtful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The view from the room was also amazing, and it became a memory we will cherish for a...

「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The place is nice, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank-you to Manal from housekeeping. She kept our room very clean and was so kind, professional, and thoughtful. Her care and warm personality made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated her efforts. The pool could also have been cleaner, and the water was very cold. Adding a heating option during cooler weather would make it more comfortable...
