「単身で一泊のみ利用。アストリアに用事があり、近隣の安いホテルがここしかなかったので宿泊。かなりの田舎町で、21:00頃に到着した頃には周りは真っ暗。人の気配も全くない。もちろん、食事等の施設もないので、予め済ませておくか何か用意していくべき。当日このホテルの利用者は自分ともう一人のみ。とにかく閑散としていて、ホラー映画によく出てくる寂れたモーテルのようだった。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリー。部屋は入った瞬間かび臭く、水道の水も赤く濁っていたので、利用した部屋は相当な期間人が泊まっていなかったようだ。それ以外は虫が出ることも、治安が悪いこともなく、至って普通。冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、wifiなど最低限の設備はある。積極的に泊まりに行きたいホテルではないが、特別悪いというわけでもない。」

「Cute little motel with an onsite restaurant. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly when I had questions. They offered pet-specific towels in the room!」

「The Pearl Inn is amazing. the house and rooms were incredibly clean, the game room was so much fun and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. i cant wait to visit the area again just so i can stay in this bed and breakfast. the owners were the kindest of people. i recommend this location to everyone!」

「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「Modern, well kept clean rooms. One employee was laser focused on ensuring the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. Also, nice touch to have earplugs at the front desk as there are sea lions near by. (They were not a noise issue for us)」

「Parking is to get, but the accommodations are comfortable and kitschy 60’s theme. If the free continental breakfast isn’t enough the Pig & Pancake iconic restaurant for the area is literally next door and will do orders to go or you can dine in. It will not disappoint you.」

「This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety. We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room. 「This property had large mold growing along the wall. By the curtains and mold growing above the bathroom sink. Thank you so much. Spoke to the manager manager stated that it's a very old building and all the rooms have mold in it. The receptionist was very rude. You can tell she had a problem that my husband was a black man. She was listening to politics when we walked in. Didn't bother to shut it off.After a comment was made had an attitude.When you asked for help. 」

「Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home.」
