"Amazing 👏 staff were so accommodating helping us get settled in. The best customer service and rooms were so clean and beds were very comfortable 👌. Staff helped us get checked in at 3am. Was the best customer service!"

"View of the river was great, room, bathroom, breakfast was all great. The only reason I did 4 stars and not 5 was because the parking lot was packed and I had to park so close to another car that I could hardly get out and the room was quite stuffy when we came back each time and it didnt seem to stay a consistent temp. But id definitely go back"

"The hot breakfast was about the same as most motels, good. The TV was very difficult to operate and it was searching for a signal 95% of the time. In other words don't plan on watching anything. The TV didn't turn on when we first checked in, but a young man came right up to our room and fixed that part. After he got it to turn on and change channels it spent most of the time searching for service. Be advised it doesn't have an elevator, so if your room is on the second floor you'll have to carry your bags up the stairs."

"Lovely room and location. We had one of the suites and it was perfect. . . except for the typical overly soft hotel mattress. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Knot Bar wasn't great. Wait service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy but with only 4 patrons in the restaurant, it was an awfully long wait for a dutch pancake and a quiche."

"Hair dryer didn't work, asked the housekeeper for towels and never received when we got back to the cottage. Wife slept great but the mattress did not agree with me. Loved the coffee, location is wonderful, cottage was awesome. Check in was good but if you arrive at an odd time a number needs to be called to get in. Not an issue for us but just keep it in mind."
