「The cottage is absolutely lovely, very clean and well equipped. It is right in the village so you can walk to the shops, pubs and cafes easily. Grassington is a lovely village with beautiful scenery, we only stayed for a few days but it is now on my list to come back and stay again! 」

「Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... Not what we expected when we...

「Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in. We wanted a simple cottage that accommodates a dog & was quiet and relaxing. Swallow Cottage is unbelievable! The cottage itself is so warm & cosy, the hospitality was incredible & there’s even a dog paddock section at the rear for the dog to run around in. The host is absolutely lovely & you can tell a lot of care & attention has gone into this cottage. The location of the cottage is roughly 20 mins from Harrogate & 20 mins from Knaresborough....

「The house was clean and the kitchen fairly well equipped. There was no welcome pack, the cupboards were bare, not even salt or pepper. The third family bathroom with a shower/bath was not functional as there was no water pressure. Towels were adequate, no hand soap in the bathrooms, sheets were clean. We enjoyed our stay mainly thanks to the location, but with a little thought and a small amount spent, we would have felt more welcomed and more at home. The third bathroom needs to be fixed....
