「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. They had a hard time finding an extra blanket and towels for me due to the late time. Their free shuttle could not find us because their reply was not early enough, so we ended up having to get ourselves a...

「Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!」

「Excellent location and room.」
