They also had unlimited coffees, teas, detox waters, etc, available 24/7. The cafe/office space was so clean, and always full of people working, which I enjoyed so much. It was quiet and so peaceful. "View from restaurant and bar is very nice, the room balcony on 4th floor pretty good too. Staff are wonderfully attentive, even as a lone traveller made to feel important and house keeping excellent. The spa is brilliant, had 2 massages over 2 night stay, one of the most relaxing ever."

"Wow, perfect hotel for our trip. Loved it. Clean and tidy and modern facilities. Really comfy bed and good air con. 5 minute walk from Terminal 1. Trams and train station available within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was a little hit and miss in The Balm when it was busy (forgotten/wrong items) but corrected quickly. Would definitely stay here again."
