Check in was a lot easier than expected since my husband and I don't speak French and thought it would be hard to check in. The manager, Hassan was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. "Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."
