OK as a solo traveller when it's not too hot

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Construction !!!

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say

Receptionist was not very empathetic. The room (standard) is quite smalland the toilet was dirty. Outskirts area poorly served. On the positive side, it must be said that in the room there are all the accessories, even if the fridge was completely empty, without even a small bottle of water.

Hygiène à revoir

Salle de bain sale, cheveux présents dans la douche, trace de moisissures dans la baignoire, Gros amat de piussiere sur la VMC, tâches au plafind et aux murs, insectes morts au plafond, tâches sur la moquette, porte cassé. Logement bruyant avec des travaux à l'extérieur.

Séjour catastrophique , accueil très sympathique et aussi les gens de la restauration mais le service nettoyage catastrophique , nous sommes rentrer le jeudi 31 juillet au soir chambre pas nettoyer , lit pas fait , lavabo pas nettoyer , pas de produits pour ce laver , climatisation mise à 19degres et j’en passe … lit pas confortable du tout avec un gros trou je ne recommande pas du tout

j'ai trouvé qu'il a manqué une nespresso dans la chambre standard (car elle est présente pour les autres): on s'attend à ce type de service pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre a été faite l'après midi, j'aurais souhaité plutôt le matin. Le reste était convenable. Prendre la chambre vue parking pour avoir le silence.

Hôtel vieillissant, lit en latex un peu mou, baignoires et non douches ds toutes les chambres, absence de mini-bar ds les chambres standards. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Pdj à 32 euros, très chers. Point positif la piscine, indispensable l'été, que nous avons appréciée. Personnel à l'écoute. On est à 700m environ du centre-ville

A l'arrivée on vous demandes votre C B pour une empreint que la chambre a été régler depuis la réservation , en suite la télécommande de télévision de marche pas obligée de redescendre a l'accueil la chambre sentais la peinture avec la fenêtre grande ouverte le wc salle , pas de pression d'eau a la douchette vraiment un séjour désagréable comme celui de Troyes (10) j'irai plus dans les mercures je préfère 100 fois les Novotel pourtant le même groupe exemple un expresso au bar 2,50 € je pense que c'est un peu exagérer on est pas au front de mer ( 4kilometres)

Se faire réveiller par la sirène incendie en pleine sieste alors que vous avez un événement très important le soir et que vous devez vous reposer c’est vraiment désagréable! Nous avons dû évacuer et en plein sommeil et ça n’est pas ce que nous sommes venus chercher à l’hôtel Mercure
